13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • These Terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in New Delhi courts.
  • Disputes will first be resolved through mediation in New Delhi. If unresolved, subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last Updated” date will reflect revisions.
